Restructuring
As early as 1994, we began to reorganize our company. It began with simplifying its organizational structure. One of the restructuring process involved forming a structured organization by functional position. This way, everyone knows his or her responsibility in day-to-day operation. This brought about enormous efficiency due to effective allocation of responsibilities.

ISO 9001


When implementing ISO 9001 for the first time, everything is scrutinized. An enormous resource was expended to be “ISO ready”. In order to meet ISO qualifications, many parts are formatted and then reformatted. Countless hours are used trying to implement: "Write everything that has been done, and do everything that has been written". It was hard to change from non-procedural thinking to an integrated structured procedural thinking of ISO 9001. But we have overcome!

The implementation of Total Quality Management ISO 9001 produced great benefits. Now everyone has clear understanding of their responsibilities. Under ISO 9001, each responsibility is also measured through the end result such as product quality.

It has been three years since the ISO 9001 re-certification, referenced by TUV. To keep the standard of ISO 9001 certification, an annual inspection and auditing by TUV is mandatory and our management also conducted an internal auditing twice yearly.
